Once you’ve found your perfect home, we’ll talk you through the available plots, layouts and pricing. We’ll explain the options available and answer any questions before you decide to reserve your chosen property.
When you’re ready, your chosen home can be reserved with a reservation fee. We’ll provide all the information you need, including key dates and what to expect throughout the buying process.
After your reservation, you’ll appoint a solicitor and, if required, arrange your mortgage. Our sales team will work alongside your legal representatives to help keep your purchase progressing smoothly.
One of the best parts of buying early is making your new home your own.
Depending on the stage of construction, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our Interior Designer to select from a carefully curated range of kitchens, worktops, flooring, tiles, and other finishes, allowing you to personalise your home before you move in.
Throughout the build, we’ll keep you updated on progress and key milestones. As your completion date approaches, we’ll stay in touch so you know exactly what to expect.
Once your purchase has completed, we’ll welcome you to your new home with a guided demonstration, showing you how everything works before handing over your keys. From that moment, you’re ready to start your next chapter in a Roadhouse Home.
